I didn't just learn about Medicare from a textbook. I grew up with it.
With two decades of family experience in the Medicare insurance space, I've seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the transition to Medicare can be. When people turn 65, their mailboxes are flooded with flyers and their phones ring with calls from national call centers. Everyone seems to have an opinion on what they should do.
It's too much pressure.
I founded Mountaintop Insurance Solutions here in Bend because I believe there's a better way. A way that involves sitting down over a cup of coffee, looking at your specific situation, and simply explaining the options. No rush. No aggressive sales tactics. Just clear, grounded education.
